Hi there :D

I create interactive games that blend logic, psychology, and philosophy :)

About me

Hi! I'm Ray Xu, a Computer Science major at the University of Washington. I’m passionate about combining technology with human thought—especially through game development and interactive experiences.

Much of my work focuses on creating web-based games and tools that explore philosophical or psychological themes. I currently help develop games for the UW Philosophy Department to be embedded in textbooks, aiming to make logic and abstract thinking more accessible and engaging for students.

In my free time, I enjoy playing piano, table tennis, hiking, and traveling around the world. I've been to around 15 countries so far, and I’m always plotting my next adventure :D Exploring new cultures always inspires me.

Outside of programming, I have a strong interest in visual and interaction design. I like building tools that are not just functional, but also intuitive and delightful to use. My long-term goal is to work on projects that sit at the intersection of computing, learning, and human behavior.
